Located in the Municipality of Manhuaçu, State of Minas Gerais, at an altitude of 950 to 1300 meters, the property of Julia de Faria is in a mountainy region, with water springs and legal reserves of native forests.

The coffee variety produced is the red Catuaí in the densely planted system.

The coffees of the property are prepared in the facilities of the Faria Family where the coffee preparation equipment are installed: washers, pulpers, dryers, terraces, processing machinery and warehouse, located in the property of Vicente Faria, the Sítio Maricá. The principal objective is to prepare the semi-washed cherry coffee to meet the requirements of the specialty coffee markets.

The Fazenda Bom Jardim coffee has the characteristics of typical coffees from the mountains, with enhanced sweetness, citric, floral and fruity aroma, which combined with taste, body and sweetness result in a pleasant cup.

The Faria family is concerned with the ecology and the environment, and maintains a harmonious relationship with nature while producing and preparing their coffees.
